Application:
Remote camera with network connection to be viewed on a PC and an analog monitor.

Example: Camera at the gate entrance needs to be viewed by the receptionist and the company president independently.

Solution:
Connect the video encoder to the camera and the network. Connect the analog monitor via a matching decoder to the network, and/pr the PC to the network.

There are two ways to view the video:

• Use a decoder that decompresses the signal for viewing on a standard CCTV analog monitor.
• With a PC, the user can view the video image using a standard web browser program (such as Windows Internet Explorer or Netscape) or via a Video Management System.

Notes:
It is easy to have up to five people view the same camera video stream.  In instances where different users have different bandwidth capabilities then you can use dual streaming on the MPEG-4 encoders to send two different qualities of video streams, where they differ by CIF resolution and frame rate.
