Pure IP Virtual Switcher

Application:
Viewing multiple cameras via a PC or Intuikey, and using a PC or analog monitors for the display.

Example: Pure IP Video system to switch multiple cameras to monitors. Some users prefer the simple and robust Intuikey keyboard, others are more comfortable with PC interfaces.

Solution:
The CCTV cameras are switched using the Bosch VMS (Video Management System) software running on the PC.

There are two ways to view the video and control the PTZ cameras:

  1. Use the Bosch IntuiKey keyboard to drive the VMS software running on the PC to switch and control the cameras and monitors. The Intuikey can to be connected to the PC’s COM port or an available decoder. The keyboard is powered by an external KBD-120S power supply. 
  2. The PC user can view video and control camera movement using Bosch VMS software.

Notes:
Both the Intuikey and PC users can perform basic switching functions.
