Application:
IP camera’s need to be recorded for long term archiving, eg 30 days.

Solution:
Group of IP camera’s or encoders is recorded on NVR servers where the NVR servers push the data over their SCSI connection to the RAID 5 SCSI Disk arrays.

Notes:
When the NVR server fail, redundancy needs to be taken care of. A VMS redirects the recording to a standby NVR.
