Thomas Quante has served as president of the management board of Bosch Building Technologies since June 2021. Previously, he was a member of the management board of Bosch Building Technologies, starting in July 2015. He began his career as a management trainee at Robert Bosch GmbH and continued working for Bosch in various roles in the USA, Switzerland and Germany. In 2012, Thomas Quante joined Bosch Building Technologies as senior vice president of communications systems. Thomas Quante holds a degree in European Finance and Accounting. He is married and has 2 children.

Peter von Wartenberg has been a member of the Bosch Building Technologies divisional board since January 2024. As Executive Vice President (EVP), he is responsible for commercial tasks, human resources, data protection and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). After studying business administration, he began his career at Robert Bosch GmbH in 1996 as a PhD student in the field of logistics. Since then, Peter von Wartenberg has worked in various Bosch divisions in Germany, Brazil, and the USA, most recently as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO) for Bosch Automotive Aftermarket and as CBO for Bosch Electrical Drives – Wiper Systems. Peter von Wartenberg is married to an entrepreneur and has two children.

Henrik Siegle joined the management board of Bosch Building Technologies in November 2021. As executive vice president, he’s responsible for engineering and digital business, manufacturing and logistics, quality, and access and intrusion. After studying solid state physics in Berlin, he began his career at Robert Bosch GmbH in 1999 as a trainee in research and development, followed by various roles in corporate research. Most recently he served as technical division manager for Bosch Thermotechnology. Henrik Siegle is married and has two children.
