What is the Bosch Building Technologies Academy?
At the Bosch Building Technologies Academy, we offer extensive training and certification on our products. Our academy provides access to a wide range of face-to-face (F2F) classes and web-based training (WBT) programs designed to support your learning needs. With access to the academy, you can register for training programs, track your learning progress, attend courses, take exams, and download your certification as a printable PDF.
We offer dedicating training for technical professionals engaged in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, as well as for those involved in commercial sales or demonstration of fire detection solutions. How to register
Begin your training at the Bosch Building Technologies Academy in just three simple steps:
- To enroll in our platform, you need to register in the Bosch Building Technologies Academy. To get access to the training content, you must register with your business e-mail and company address.
- Click in Catalog and select a training plan or a single product course. You can also find training plans which consist of a number of pre-defined courses.
- Begin your course and start learning. If you have selected an online course, you can start it right away. For virtual and in-person classrooms, we will send you all the necessary information to attend the training. Track your learning progress in your personal login area.

A: To request a new password, click on the "Forgot Password" link under the new login button. Please remember to check your junk mail folder for the new password, as it may not be properly sorted.
A: Go to the My Profile icon at the top right of the page or go to the Dashboard and click My Profile. Edit your details.
A: Find the certification/class using the search button or the catalog.
Access the certification and find the class.
See the list of classes available to you. Confirm the class information and register. In case there is no class available, please reach out to trainingfire.st@de.bosch.com
A: Your progress will be saved and you can access it anytime by going to the My Trainings tab and clicking continue the course.
A: There are some possible reasons:?
If you have not completed the prerequisite for this course, you won't be able to open it. You can identify what are the prerequisites are by hovering the locker icon.?
If you have a pop-up blocker enabled in your browser, it can prevent the online training course from launching properly. Try disabling the pop-up blocker in your browser and relaunching the course. Please remember that the online course opens in a new tab or window, depending on your browser settings. It is possible that the course is open in another window or tab. Check your taskbar for another open browser window or your main browser tab for another open tab.?

A: Go to the Dashboard and access My Certificates. Click the certificate title to print or download.
