Thomas Quante
Executive Vice President Energy and Building Solutions
Thomas Quante has been a member of the board of management for Bosch Building Technologies since July 2015. He started his career as a management trainee at Robert Bosch GmbH and continued within Bosch in several functions in USA, Switzerland and Germany. In 2012, Thomas Quante joined Bosch Building Technologies as Senior Vice President for the Business Unit Communications Systems.Thomas Quante has a degree in European Finance and Accounting. He is married and has 2 children.

Tanja Rueckert
President
Tanja Rueckert is President of the board of management for Bosch Building Technologies since August 2018. Before, she was president of the IoT and Digital Supply Chain business unit at SAP SE. Tanja Rueckert holds a PhD in chemistry and has more than 20 years of experience as an executive in the software industry. During her career, she has worked in Germany and the Silicon Valley in the United States and headed up teams across the globe. She is passionate about topics like the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation. Tanja Rueckert is married and has two children.

Andreas Bartz
Executive Vice President Finance & Administration
Andreas Bartz has been a member of the board of management for Bosch Building Technologies since October 2015. Before joining Bosch Building Technologies, he held several positions in purchasing, logistics, controlling and finance in different Bosch divisions. Andreas Bartz completed his studies in Mechanical Engineering and Economics. He is married and has 4 children.
