Order status check

Check the status of your order directly on our website and receive up-to-date information about the expected delivery date and more.

How can you check the order status using the information from the order confirmation?

1. Either click on the chat icon at the top of our website or use the link in the order confirmation to get to the right page.

2. There, the shipment tracking icon appears at the bottom right.

1. Either click on the chat icon at the top of our website or use the link in the order confirmation to get to the right page.
3. To authenticate, copy and paste the sales order number, destination country (always in capital letters) and postal code from the confirmation email into the tool.

4. Click “Check” and receive an output with the order status and related logistics information about your order (see picture below).
