What is the Customer Care Portal?
It’s your direct link to the Bosch order system, allowing you to place orders and query the status of your orders at any time.
The Customer Care Portal will allow you to:
- Place orders for Bosch products
- View active, pending, and past orders
- Search for orders by product number, dealer PO number, or Bosch confirmation number
- Verify that the correct product, pricing, and quantities were ordered
- Track shipments online with expected delivery dates and package tracking numbers for UPS and FedEx.
