Why doesn’t Bosch sell fire or intrusion panels through distribution?

We sell through a dealer network of trained installers to ensure our products are installed correctly.

How do I become a dealer?

To become a dealer, please contact Customer Service. We will assist in getting you connected with the regional sales manager in your area. In order to purchase directly from Bosch, you must have a qualified dealer account number provided by your Bosch Regional Sales Manager. Standard purchase order requirements apply, including credit card authorization and verbal purchase order agreements, if necessary.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order quantity in most cases (only a few items are sold in batches)

Is there another way I can check order status besides a call or email?

I have an item I need to return. What is the process to do so?

What is EDI?

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a computer-to-computer exchange of electronic documents, such as purchase orders, advance shipment notices, and invoices without the need for human intervention or paper documents.

How late can I submit an order to have it ship same day?

We make every attempt to ship your order within 24 hours; in fact, we average 98 percent same-day shipping. For same-day shipments, please place your order by 3:00 p.m. ET. If you have an urgent request after that time, please speak with our Customer Service Department.
