Mexican bank Banco de Bajío has 52 branches in 21 cities serving over 47,000 customers. Banco del Bajío is a niche financial institution that focuses on SMEs, agribusiness and commercial banking. In the last five years, Banco del Bajío opened 139 new subsidiaries, creating a total network of 203 offices, present in 58 cities and metropolitan areas of 24 states. Nowadays, the bank is focused on expanding its presence in the southern region of Mexico, in order to cover the entire national surface in the next years.
An important objective was the integration of diverse systems which allow a direct operation between all subsidiaries, business offices and company buildings. At the same time it was necessary to implement high technology mechanisms that facilitate the integration of complete portfolios.
The installed solution include video surveillance, fire direction, access control and intrusion alarm systems. All solutions were centralized and are controlled by multiple units which are managed by the security department.
All inside and outside areas of Banco del Bajío are under video surveillance which ensures a high security level.
