Professional announcements, always playing the correct music content at the exact volume, well-timed and accurate messages, coverage in all areas with changing needs over the day... these are some of the responsibilities faced by operators, who are in control of the public address system in hotels, shopping malls, convention centers and universities. The advanced public address software (APAL) makes it easier to perform these responsibilities. The multilingual user interface makes it more comfortable for operators to fulfill their tasks.

The straightforward and efficient design of the APAL interface also helps to facilitate the tasks of the manager and administrator. You don’t need multiple appointments with a systems integrator to set up the PRAESENSA system. Instead, the administrator can easily add or remove users and setup or adjust the system settings themself. The configuration and definition of areas is very straightforward with names, photos, icons that enable music control for sources and/or volume.

The system can be loaded with announcement scripts, a database of recordings and music sources. The administrator can pre-record live messages and add them to the systems’ library by the topic. Next to this, they can create a consistent and organization-aligned set of announcement scripts for the operator. With access to Amazon Polly it is now possible to select standard or neural Text-to-Speech (NTTS), offering a more natural sounding voice.
